Garett is responsible for investigating potential properties, working with investor requests, overseeing all financial and legal requirements, and soliciting all services the company will need to subcontract to in order to carry out its duties.Prior to founding Balashine Properties, Garett spent over 10 years in the commercial construction industry. He held various positions, primarily within one firm, which included involvement in the full construction process from estimating and bidding projects through supervision and management of awarded projects to project closeout. Specialties included project management, contract review, critical path method analysis, subcontract buyout, job cost analysis and contractor prequalification. Garett brings a strong financial, operational, and organizational background to any business to help ensure success.
